Job Description

Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, ON. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating facilities-related activities to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory
– Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities
– Oversee office cleaning and waste management
– Assist in organizing office events and meetings
– Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager
– Maintain records and documentation related to facilities operations
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in facilities management or related field
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
