Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 a year

The Operations Manager position is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the organization. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring operational processes, systems, and initiatives to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The Operations Manager will work closely with various departments to streamline operations, improve quality and productivity, and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of staff, conducting performance reviews, and providing leadership and guidance.

Key responsibilities include:

– Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve company goals
– Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics
– Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
– Managing and optimizing resources to ensure efficiency and productivity
