Job Description:

Our client, a leading provider of long-term care services, is seeking a Residence Coordinator to join their team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a long-term care residence, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations of the residence
– Ensure that residents receive the appropriate level of care and support
– Develop and implement care plans for residents
– Manage residence staff and ensure they are trained and supported in their roles
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
– Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies as needed
– Participate in the development of policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care provided

Qualifications:
– Degree or diploma in health care, social services, or related field
– Previous experience in a leadership role within a long-term care setting
– Strong knowledge of long-term care legislation and regulations
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
