I have been contributing to proposals by defining the piping scope and estimating costs for projects. Our focus is on creating safe, innovative, and sustainable solutions while thinking globally and acting locally. I am a part of the Project Delivery Group (PDG) and continue to support our team in creating successful project outcomes.
Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to greet visitors, answer phone calls, and perform various administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
– Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
– Sort and distribute mail and packages.
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
– Maintain office supplies inventory.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Prior experience in a receptionist role is preferred.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
