The Equipment Reliability Specialist will report to the Manager, Operations Facilities and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of equipment through FMEA and FMECA analysis. The role requires strong project management skills.

Description:
– Assist the manager in supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the business
– Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that store staff are well-trained and motivated
– Help with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products
– Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff
– Work with the manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve business performance
– Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
– Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
– Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in retail or customer service
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
– Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
