Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of all equipment, systems, and facilities.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide leadership, guidance, and training as needed
– Maintain equipment, systems, and facilities according to company standards and procedures
– Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime
– Monitor and improve equipment performance through regular inspections and performance evaluations
– Coordinate with production and other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations
– Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree preferred
– 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and facilities
– Previous supervisory experience preferred
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
– Understanding of safety regulations and best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
