Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $48,000 – $52,000 per year
Job Description:
– Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
– Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
– Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
– Assist in other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
– 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
– Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not required
