Job Description:
Customer Service Representative
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in a timely and friendly manner. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
– Providing product information and assistance to customers
– Processing orders accurately and efficiently
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
– Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
– Detail-oriented and organized
