The Utilities team is seeking a leader to analyze cost estimates and prepare electrical work take-offs for utility projects. The candidate will report to the Operations or Division Manager and provide technical support to project teams.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various positions within our client companies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of success in recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
– Screen and interview candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for open positions
– Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
– Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and onboarding candidates
– Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Proficiency with recruitment software and other tools
