The Part-Time Event and Sponsorship Coordinator will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment. This role involves managing events and sponsorships which are crucial for the marketing efforts. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to review new requests and changes.
Job Description:

We are looking for a talented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR manager will be responsible for leading and managing the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a real impact and drive positive change within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
– Design and implement HR policies and procedures
– Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations and resolving grievances
– Oversee recruitment and selection processes
– Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
– Provide advice and support to managers on a range of HR issues
– Develop and implement training programs for employees
– Monitor and report on HR key performance indicators
– Participate in HR projects as required

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to lead and manage a team
– Proven track record of designing and implementing HR policies and procedures
– Experience in managing employee relations and recruitment processes
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– SHRM certification preferred
