A Marketing Assistant will support business growth by providing assistance with marketing, sales, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. This includes tasks such as client prospecting, creating promotional material, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

– Work closely with the General Manager to support all aspects of store operations
– Assist with recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
– Oversee inventory management and control
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
– Drive sales and achieve targets
– Monitor and analyze sales and performance data
– Promote and maintain a positive work environment
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a retail management role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
