Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of office operations.

Responsibilities:
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Greeting and assisting visitors
– Maintaining office filing system
– Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Managing calendar and scheduling appointments
– Assisting with travel arrangements
– Providing general administrative support to team members as needed

Requirements:
– High School diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
