EXP is looking for an Environmental Project Manager/Team Lead in Sudbury, ON. The role involves leading projects and managing a team in an innovative and dynamic work environment. The company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Individual Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. This includes helping with personal care, household tasks, and transportation.
Responsibilities:
– Assist individuals with getting dressed, bathing, and grooming
– Help with meal preparation and feeding
– Provide transportation to appointments and activities
– Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
– Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
– Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other team members
– Participate in training and professional development opportunities
– Follow all safety and privacy guidelines
Qualifications:
– Diploma in Social Services, Health Care, or related field
– Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
– First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
