EXP is looking for a Project Manager based in either Ottawa or Kingston, ON. Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Kingston. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and promoting customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

– Responding to service calls in a timely and efficient manner
– Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with Xerox equipment
– Installing and configuring new equipment at customer sites
– Performing preventative maintenance and calibration on Xerox equipment
– Providing training and support to customers on equipment usage and maintenance
– Managing parts inventory and ordering replacement parts as needed
– Maintaining accurate service records and reports

Qualifications:

– Diploma or certificate in electronics, technology, or related field
– Experience in servicing and maintaining office equipment, preferably Xerox products
– Strong technical skills and troubleshooting abilities
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
