Job Description

Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Abbotsford, BC

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the construction industry, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Abbotsford, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing
– Prepare and process sales orders, quotations and contracts
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders for materials as needed
– Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues
– Maintain customer database and update information as needed
– Generate reports on sales activities and performance metrics

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of CRM systems is an asset
