Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies to meet targets, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
– Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
– Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training and guidance as needed
– Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
– Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals

Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
– Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
