Support customers during the onboarding period by working closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders. Additionally, provide support for product change management efforts when new releases and features are introduced.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Proficient in MS Office applications
