Support customers during the onboarding process, collaborating closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders. Also assist in managing product changes and updates to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner
– Processing orders and providing information on products and services
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
