Position: Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for general office tasks, including but not limited to:

– Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents
– Answering and directing phone calls and emails
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
– Providing support to office staff

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have previous administrative experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
