Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring that everything is in good working order.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they are performing their duties effectively
– Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment
– Monitor and prioritize maintenance requests to ensure timely completion
– Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems
– Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work as needed
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
– Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance or facilities management
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
