We are looking for a Facilities Manager (Operations & Maintenance) in Vancouver, BC, Canada to join our team. This is a full-time position with ACML’s Maintenance team. Salary: $25 per hour

Job Type: Part-time, Contract

Responsibilities:
– Source and screen candidates for various job openings
– Conduct virtual interviews with potential candidates
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs
– Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
– Utilize social media and other platforms to attract potential candidates
– Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruiting process
– Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
– Knowledge of recruiting practices and techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
– Strong attention to detail
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
