Facilities Technicians at Coast Capital are responsible for managing and coordinating facilities management projects. They work closely with branch or office managers to minimize disruptions during repair work.
Inside Sales Representative

Our company is looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services over the phone, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:
– Contacting potential and existing customers to introduce our products and services
– Listening to customers’ needs and recommending suitable solutions
– Providing customers with product information and pricing
– Closing sales and achieving sales targets
– Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
– Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Skills and qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
– High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
