Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
– Provide information about products and services, as well as handle inquiries and resolve issues
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
