Description: Our client, a leading financial institution, is currently seeking a Financial Services Manager to join their team in Welland, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of financial services representatives in providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and promoting financial products and services.

Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of financial services representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
– Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
– Promote and sell a wide range of financial products and services to meet the needs of clients
– Coach and mentor team members to ensure they reach their full potential and meet performance goals
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications:
