The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver completed a five-year, $75 million revitalization project in spring 2019. The hotel aims to provide guests with elevated experiences during their stay, creating a luxurious home away from home. They are currently seeking a Fairmont Gold Manager to oversee their exclusive services.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage calendars and schedules for team members
– Coordinate and organize meetings, including scheduling, room booking, and preparing materials
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
– Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations
– Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
– Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
