Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $16 – $18 per hour

Our client, a leading insurance company in Toronto, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and via email. Duties include answering customer inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
