Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe work environment for all employees
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals and deadlines
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and streamline processes
• Work closely with the purchasing and sales teams to coordinate inventory levels and ensure on-time deliveries
• Perform regular audits of warehouse procedures and identify areas for improvement
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory levels and shipping/receiving logs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus
