Position: Sales Associate

Location: Richmond Hill

Job Type: Full-time

Our client, a well-established furniture retailer, is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in Richmond Hill. The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect furniture pieces for their needs
– Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business
– Keep the showroom clean and organized
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
– Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

– Previous retail sales experience is required
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Team player with a positive attitude
– Knowledge of furniture and home decor is an asset
