Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information about products and services
– Process orders and returns

Qualifications:
