Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON

Our construction company is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience managing residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
– Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Coordinate and schedule project resources, including equipment, materials, and labor
– Prepare and manage project budgets and contracts
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
– Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
– Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in project management software
