Agilus is recruiting for a Finance Manager with experience in financial planning.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our office staff, handling incoming calls and emails, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
– Managing and organizing office filing systems
– Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
– Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
– Coordinating appointments and meetings
– Assisting with travel arrangements and expense tracking
– Supporting office staff with various tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
