Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Our client, a leading global provider of technology solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Identify and assess customers’ needs, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
– Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
– Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
