The Financial Analyst at Vancouver Coastal Health works under the Finance Director/Manager and is responsible for providing financial analysis and support. This includes assisting the finance team in identifying capital equipment and project needs through tasks such as preparing cost assessments.
Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Manage executives’ calendars and appointments
– Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements
– Prepare reports and presentations as needed
– Screen and direct phone calls and emails
– Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
– Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
