Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues
– Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
– Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve technical problems
– Train customers on how to use our products effectively
– Document technical issues and solutions for future reference

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
