Description:

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients
– Understand client needs and provide solutions
– Manage client accounts and develop strategies for growth
– Communicate with clients through email, phone, and in-person meetings
