Our company is a leader in marketing and promotional consulting services with an expert team. The Entry Level Promotions Associate plays a critical role in the Marketing and Promotions team, helping to drive success in promotional campaigns.
Job Description
Our client, a growing telecommunications company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and escalating complaints when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries and requests
– Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
– Provide product information and pricing details to customers
– Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers
– Escalate unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate department
– Maintain accurate customer records in the company database
– Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
