Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making job offers
– Oversee employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and managing disciplinary actions
– Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations
– Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
– Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
– Maintain employee records and HR documentation
– Handle payroll and benefits administration
– Stay current on HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
