The Fire and Safety Specialist will report to the Regional Operations Manager and will be responsible for managing and reporting nonconformities and critical incidents. They will also actively participate in project requirements meetings.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Provide information about products and services
– Process customer orders and returns
– Maintain accurate customer records
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
