Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, recruiting, and assisting with employee relations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in HR software systems, and have a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
– Processing payroll and maintaining payroll records
– Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
– Coordinating employee training and development programs
– Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
– Assisting with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
– Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
– Proficient in HRIS software systems
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
