Position Summary: Procter & Gamble is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team in Brantford, ON. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure the quality and compliance of products. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Quality Control team to ensure that all testing is performed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various laboratory techniques and instrumentation
– Perform calibrations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment as needed
– Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
– Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations and guidelines
– Work collaboratively with other team members to accomplish departmental goals and objectives

Qualifications:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, or related field)
– Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
