The ideal candidate will develop a roadmap that aligns with business processes and will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution and project delivery.
Industrial Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry, is looking for an Industrial Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in process improvement, line balancing, and production optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement
– Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity
– Conduct time and motion studies to optimize production lines
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
– Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates on progress
– Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
