Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is a leading travel retailer worldwide, and they are looking for a Regional Product Marketing Manager. The role involves providing expertise to customer-facing teams and working closely with global product marketing and key stakeholders.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative support to all departments
– Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or conference room
– Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
– Assist with special projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
– 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
