Assist the Manager, Financial Services in planning and implementing improvements in financial reporting and management information to increase efficiencies within the organization. Support them in reviewing and evaluating financial processes within the respective BFO area of responsibility.
Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

Job Description:
– Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
– Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
– Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
– Help clients with medication reminders
– Accompany clients to appointments and activities as needed
– Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
– Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures
– Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
– Personal Support Worker certification
– Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred
– Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
