Title: Grocery Store Manager

Location: Aurora, Ontario

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Description:
Our client, a successful grocery store in Aurora, Ontario, is seeking a motivated and experienced Grocery Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a grocery store, excellent leadership skills, and a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the grocery store, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving shipments
– Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
– Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including scheduling and performance management
– Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
– Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product offerings
– Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to make data-driven decisions

Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in grocery store management
– Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
