The ideal candidate should have experience in the full client lifecycle, including pre-sales support, discovery and planning, and project delivery. Job Description:

Leading industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of their manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, ensuring work orders are completed on time and within budget, maintaining high quality standards, and implementing best practices for safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and direct a team of production workers to ensure timely completion of production orders
– Monitor production schedules and adjust workforce as needed to meet production goals
– Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet company specifications
– Train and develop production staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
– Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production team members
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company regulations

Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
– 2+ years of supervisory experience
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
– Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
