Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join their team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have a passion for merchandising, a keen eye for detail, and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

– Implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
– Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising plans
– Manage product assortment and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
– Create visual merchandising displays that showcase products and drive customer engagement
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in merchandising or retail management
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
