Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Mississauga

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full-time

Our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the compliance of the company’s quality management system and for performing audits to identify quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
– Review and approve documents related to quality control and assurance
– Conduct internal and external audits to identify areas of improvement
– Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
– Investigate and resolve quality-related issues
– Provide training and support to staff on quality management system requirements

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemistry, Biology, or similar)
– 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance role in the pharmaceutical industry
– Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other quality standards
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
