Gannett Fleming is seeking a Project Manager for Municipal Infrastructure in downtown Toronto. The role involves overseeing multiple projects and ensuring efficient management.
Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue, while minimizing expenses and maintaining the properties to the highest standards. This includes enacting policies and processes to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day operations of the properties
– Manage tenant relations, quickly resolving tenant issues and enforcing rental policies
– Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors
– Prepare and manage property budgets
– Inspect properties regularly to identify and resolve issues
– Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Property Manager
– Experience in budget management and financial reporting
– Knowledge of property management software
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Customer service-oriented attitude
– Degree in Business or related field is a plus
