Experienced hospitality professional needed for Food and Beverage Program Manager role to create exceptional dining experiences.
Title: Help Desk Support Technician

Location: Brampton, ON

Our client, a leading information technology company, is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to join their team in Brampton, ON. This position is responsible for providing technical support to end-users and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
– Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications
– Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and escalate issues as needed
– Set up and configure new equipment for end-users
– Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and user accounts
– Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
– Adhere to company policies and procedures for IT security and data protection

Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
– Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
