Sales Administrator

Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client, a leading company in the electronics industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Toronto, ON. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, preparing invoices, and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Process sales orders and prepare invoices
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
– Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
– Assist with sales forecasting and reporting
– Coordinate sales meetings and events
– Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of data
– Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed

Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
